summary: Ctrl-PgUp and Ctrl-PgDn scrolling should be configurable

Since we implemented ctrl-pgupdn Ctrl-PgUp and Ctrl-PgDn scroll by one line at a time.

Some people / applications now expect these keys to generate escape sequences, so this behaviour should be configurable.
